We put on a happy hour networking type event with approx 500-600 people in attendance. The challenge we faced was never truly knowing how many people would show despite their RSVP indicating they would, 300 of the 660? This because it was a free event. We did not run out of food, her menu was fabulous, and somehow Cari stayed within her budget. She is very conscientious and professional. I hired Cari to cater my 50th birthday party – wow what a great experience. I knew I wanted something special and different than standard catering fare and that’s why I chose Cari. The menu was fantastic. She created a very unique menu that everyone loved. Probably the best part of the night is that Cari took care of everything. She did an on-site visit before the event and helped me plan every detail. That night, she came early, set-up, and made sure everyone had what they needed.
